Police said they were called Sunday night in the 2500 block of Edmondson Avenue in Baltimore, following reports of a shooting near the Perkins Square Baptist Church. .
The first responders found the victims in the 2500 block of Edmondson Avenue, outside Buster's Place Barber Shop, where the barbecue had been installed.
According to witnesses, the gunman was in a car that stopped next to the hob and opened fire.
Police closed the block surrounding the barber shop and church.
