History
You will take control of our hero, a young entrepreneur who runs an adventurous business. One day, while you’re on the hunt for new adventure gear, a huge earthquake rumbles all over town. As you exit, you notice that where your company office once stood, a mysterious portal has appeared! Now you must dive into the dangerous profession of dungeon crawling in order to save your employees and restore your business!
Main characteristics
- Incorporation – Start by integrating your adventure company so that your team of explorers is operational.
- Turn-based battles – Shachibato adopts a traditional turn-based SRPG combat system where players will take control of up to 5 units to fight fierce enemies. You will choose commands and perform actions for each of your units, which will learn a wide range of awesome skills to defeat your opponents.
- Deadly enemies – As you explore various dungeons, you will come across many different monsters, each with their own unique skills and attack styles. So you will have to adapt on the fly if you want to win!
- Dungeon exploration – In the dungeons there are various treasures and objects as well as specific missions to clear. Your missing employees are also waiting for your rescue, so explore the dungeon and look for them!
- Trap panels – Dungeons will have floor trap panels that change continuously. Traps can get in the way, but can also be used to take advantage of it.
- Hire new talent – Thanks to your HR department, you can hire new adventurous employees. There are a variety of jobs such as warrior, cleric, sorcerer, etc. Decide on the skills you need the most and interview your new hires!

- The Toichi Gate – This mysterious door appeared out of nowhere and leads to terrifying dungeons. The door will open every 10 days, so before that, you will have used your time wisely to recruit and train a bunch of talented employees to send there!
