Shapeshifter hits kickstarter goal in 12 hours

Green Boy Games today revealed that its upcoming retro Game Boy title The Shapeshifter achieved its Kickstarter goal. The game launched on Kickstarter today with the hopes of raising around $ 7,300 to fund it. As of this writing, the campaign has reached nearly $ 12,000 with 146 backers, and it still has two months left! Not too shabby for her first day out of the gate. The ultimate benchmark goal for the game is over $ 40,000 which will give the developer enough to do it, add additional content, special editions and whatever else is left to promote the game.
