Sharon Osbourne appeared in high spirits on Tuesday as she was first spotted since her controversial departure from “The Talk,” which a source said left her with a multi-million dollar payout.
On the way to lunch at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in Hollywood, Osbourne greeted a videographer who asked how she was doing. The former host then vomited up the peace sign and appeared to smile under his face mask when asked if everything was okay.
For the outing, Osbourne, 68, opted for a classic look that included a loose black suit and a white shirt accessorized with pearls.
Osbourne left the CBS talk show on March 26 following accusations of racism.

Following Osbourne’s exchange with Underwood, former “The Talk” hosts Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete also presented their own stories about Osbourne. Remini alleged Osbourne made derogatory comments about Julie Chen and Sara Gilbert, while Robinson Peete claimed Osbourne once said she was “too ghetto” to work on the show.
Osbourne has denied all charges of racism.
