Shawn Mendes will perform at the Nationwide Arena in August | WBNS-10TV Columbus, Ohio

The Nationwide Arena has announced that singer and songwriter Shawn Mendes has added more than a dozen shows to his world tour entitled "Shawn Mendes: The Tour," including a stopover in Columbus.

Mendes will perform at the Nationwide Arena on August 26th.

Alessia Cara also participates in most stops on the Mendes tour in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, including Columbus.

Tickets will go on sale to the public on March 2 at 10 am

Pre-sales for FirstAccess fans begin Feb. 23 at 10 am local and general fan previews start Feb. 24 at 10 am local time. American Express card members can purchase tickets before the general public in the United States from Saturday, February 23 at 10 am local time until Friday, March 1st at 10 pm. local hour.
