Shawn Michaels attacked by Randy Orton on WWE Monday Night Raw

WWE Hall of Fame member Shawn Michaels closed this week’s Monday Night Raw episode to talk about Randy Orton’s actions on Ric Flair last week.

Michaels assured Orton that he will see him come this Sunday to SummerSlam and that it could be in the form of Sweet Chin Music or Claymore. While Michaels was speaking, Orton appeared in his ring and surprised Michaels with an RKO out of nowhere. He also hit it with the clearance kick.

Drew McIntyre ran to save the day and beat Orton at ringside before returning to Michaels. At the end of the show, Orton had the final say on McIntyre by hitting him with the RKO.

McIntyre will defend the WWE Championship against Orton this Sunday night at SummerSlam on the WWE Network. SummerSlam will take place at the Amway Center in Orlando in what WWE calls the ThunderDome.
