CITY OF HAMILTON, Wisconsin (WEAU) – The La Crosse County Sheriff’s Office is sharing the latest news on its investigation into a triple homicide discovered Friday morning at the front door of a quarry owned by Milestone Materials.

In their update on Sunday, authorities said they conducted interviews in several states to better understand how the three victims – Peng Lor, Nemo Yang and Trevor Maloney – knew each other and where they were on Thursday before their deaths.

Investigation to date shows that the three men have been found where they were killed.

Investigators again said there was no reason to believe the public was in danger. They believe Lor, Yang, and Maloney knew the suspect (s) who killed them.

Officials said on Sunday that Milestone Materials, its employees or any of its subsidiaries were linked to the murders.

The sheriff’s office said it could release more details on Monday.

Anyone with additional information should call La Crosse County Crimestoppers at 608-784-8477 or submit a tip online, or contact the La Crosse County Sheriff’s Office at their non-urgent number, 608-785-9629.
