What do you do when your Tesla's screen goes black? Well, you take it on Twitter and ask Elon Musk to solve the problem for you, of course.

It probably helps too if you are famous.

On Wednesday, Sheryl Crow asked the Twitterverse that Tesla's screen behaved badly.

"Help! Who knows what to do when your @Tesla screen turns black and the reset does not work? Flip it over and get your money back?", She tweeted.

It sounds like a nasty problem, but it's actually pretty easy to solve. According to Musk, the night mode of Tesla, when the brightness is equal to 0%, is too dark during the day and the company will update the software to remedy this. For now, the solution is to change your screen preference from Night mode to Auto mode, for example, says Musk.

Musk also tweeted later that the company would also change the default brightness of the night mode, which is currently "too high".

Although we do not know who gave him the good advice, Crow then tweeted that she managed to solve the problems by changing the parameters of the car.

And if you're wondering if she really sells her Tesla, the answer is no.

The ends are not better than this one.
