Shroud and Tfue dethroned as fastest-growing Twitch streamers, by shaded channel

Twitch's popular streamers, Michael 'shroud', Grzesiek and Turner 'Tfue' Tenney, were dethroned as the two fastest-growing channels in April with a new suspicious account.

Shroud and Tfue are already two of the most popular channels on the live broadcast platforms, with thousands of paid subscribers and the ability to attract large audiences just to watch them confront their opponents in a Royal battle type game.

This success already achieved, however, does not prevent them from growing. However, sometimes strings appear and gain popularity, giving the Tfue and Shield channels a relatively normal appearance.

The former CS: GO pro is usually at the top of the overall Twitch rankings.

Another suspicious channel takes first place

This was again in April, as neither the shroud nor Tfue took the first place in the fastest growing channel. This honor was won by the currently banned channel of "01sh01".

The 01sh01 channel appeared on April 9 and aired in the Casino section for just over ten minutes before going offline. At that time, they managed to rack up 569,067 supporters – beating both Tfue and Shroud by more than 200 and 300,000 followers respectively.

With the massive growth, it is clear that the account was putting out-of-the-box jobseekers in an effort to raise rankings and advertise their gaming website for a wide range of Twitch viewers. However, they ultimately failed in this quest.

Shroud and Tfue were a long way from Casino's suspect channel.

Will Twitch act on these accounts?

This is not the first time this has happened. In December, Tfue and his wealthy Battle Royale compatriot, Tyler 'Ninja' Blevins, were placed in first place by another chain of casinos – Slot_V.

A similar account, Novat0r_Konb, appeared in March to beat the shroud to the forefront – racking up a crazy number of supporters, 485,000 to be exact, before being hit by the banhammer.

These channels, which are used only for the advertising of their gaming websites, do not stay too long because Twitch acts rather quickly and is banned quickly enough.

While the live streaming platform would probably prefer not to appear in the first place, it seems that the one behind, or whatever, is behind, will not stop anytime soon.
