Popular Twitch streamer Michael “ shroud ” Grzesiek became frustrated with Apex Legends after just 3 matches, quickly leaving the battle royale in favor of Riot Games’ Valorant.
Seeing the shroud on Twitch has been a welcome sight for its millions of fans, with the ex-CS: GO pro returning to its original platform after Mixer’s collapse. Despite his long-awaited return, he has struggled to land a title he wants to spend a lot of time with.
A hacker forced the streaming star to leave Warzone in one of her first streams, and on August 21 her stint on Apex ended similarly.
While no hackers are in sight, Shroud has become frustrated with a number of aspects of the new season. The final straw was Bloodhound – Beast of the Hunt’s ultimate ability. This ability makes Bloodhound find prey much easier and move much faster.
As the first circle was just starting to close, Shroud’s team quickly engaged in a shootout, leading the ex-CS: GO star to use his ult to try and locate his opponents. However, Shoud felt that using his Ultimate interfered with his sensitivity, blaming him for his untimely death.
“Damn! Dude, I had the Longbow for my support,” Shoud said, as he was shot down by an enemy team. “They made Bloodhound’s ult sensitivity different. Like literally, my sensitivity completely changed when I blew up my ult. How? How is it?”
“Well, that’s enough Apex,” he finished. It was the end of Shroud’s time on Apex Legends, as he quickly moved on to Riot Games’ Valorant – the tactical FPS game that many thought Shoud was about to go pro.
That turned out to be wrong, with the shroud to its variety streaming as soon as it reappeared on Twitch. He seems to be struggling to land a title though, at least if his fortune on Warzone and Apex Legends is anything to go by.
