Simon Cowell ends 2020 on a high note, but with a big scar of the year.
The entertainment mogul was pictured soaking up the sun aboard a lavish yacht in Barbados, months after a horrific e-bike accident left him with a broken back in three places.
He had a six-hour operation and nearly had his spinal cord cut. The new photos show the large scar running down her back.
Since recovering from the accident in August, Cowell has remained active, walking 10,000 steps a day and swimming regularly.
The former “American Idol” is also said to be considering a lawsuit against Swind, the company that makes the electric bike Cowell was kicked out of.
