"Investigators from the Cleveland Police Homicide Unit have remained determined to get an arrest in this tragic case," Cleveland Police Chief Calvin D. Williams said in a statement. "We appreciate our partnership with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office and are confident that their efforts will bring justice to the families affected by this terrible incident."

Investigators said that an apartment in Cleveland operating an Airbnb agency was hosting a party for New Year's Eve when an "uninvited group" entered, according to WKYC-TV. An incident then occurred and shots were fired, killing three people. The police think Biles-Thomas is the shooter.
