SINGAPORE – Agents of the Central Narcotics Board (CNB) arrested 95 drug suspects in an island-wide operation that took place from Saturday 7 to Friday

] About 47g of ice, 19g of heroin, 17g of cannabis, 8g of ketamine, 101 Erimin-5 tablets and 34 Ecstasy tablets were seized during the operation, CNB said Friday.

The operation, backed by Singapore police, covers areas such as Bukit Merah, Clementi, Eunos, MacPherson, Punggol. Toa Payoh, Tuas and Woodlands

One of the suspects was arrested near Paya Lebar Square on Tuesday afternoon.

CNB officers found some ice on the 46-year-old Singaporean man and raided his home near Punggol Central.

They recovered about 20g of ice, 5g of ketamine, 28 tablets of ecstasy, 10 tablets Erimin-5, three bottles of liquid suspected of containing GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate), a digital scale and various devices to smoke drugs.

Another suspect, a Singaporean woman, was arrested Monday morning near Circuit Road.

Investigations revealed that the 36-year-old child, who has nine other children, is in the early stages of pregnancy and relapsed to abuse ice during pregnancy

Her nine children were entrusted to his mother or his ex-husband

. Arrangements have been made with the Department of Social and Family Development to ensure the well-being of children, said CNB.

Investigations into the drug activities of all arrested persons are in progress
