IPOH : A 15-year-old boy was allegedly forcibly fed what is believed to be an paraquat by another student at his school in Ipoh on Thursday.
The victim's father said that he received a phone call from a teacher around 10:30 am that day, informing him that his son had been taken to the Buntong Health Clinic.
"I arrived at the clinic within 10 minutes and I was informed that my son would be sent to Raja Permaisuri Bainun.Ipoh for further treatment.
While he was at the Clinic, he said that his son had informed him that while he was in the laundry room, another student approached him from behind and forced him to swallow some fluid
The father added that a police report had been filed because he felt that his son had been a victim of a case of bullying at school.
A video taken at the hospital showed that the boy winced in pain and moaning.
The boy's mother, who spoke in the video, said the assailant held back his son's neck from behind and he thrust the substance into the throat.
She says that her son was very weak and in a serious condition, and that he was unable to speak for the moment
