SINGAPORE – A man was arrested on Monday (July 9) for possession of an offensive instrument, committing a reckless act and mischief, police said in a statement Wednesday.

Police said they received a report that someone had damaged a window panel in an industrial building at 51 Bukit Batok Crescent on July 6th.
