Audi Q3 2019 teased before July 25 Reveal

In early November 2017, Audi announced that it would introduce a new model once every three weeks in 2018. To make the calculations, this year's agenda is to go out with a total of about 17 vehicles. That's why it seems that the people of Ingolstadt come out with a facelift, a next generation car or a first model on a regular basis in order to massively refresh the wallet and better fight against Mercedes-Benz and BMW.

Learn more about the new Q3:

After recently seeing the flagship SUV of the Q8, the A1 Sportback's entry-level, and the slightly updated TT, the time is almost passed to the second generation. But first, Audi dropped a teaser imagining showing some of the chic crossover metal before a world revelation scheduled to take place on Wednesday, July 25th.

With so many spy shots and a recent rendering, the short video comes to reconfirm the revamped Q3 will adopt the brand's new style language for the SUV family. Although it will not be a major departure from the outgoing model, the former entry-level Audi SUV (the Q2 took its place at the bottom of the food chain), the next-gen model seems more modern.

Volkswagen's premium brand keeps the interior mostly secret for the moment, but the cat is barely out of the bag, as our spies photographed the cabin of a prototype a few days ago month:

Other series of spy photos showed that the job is already well advanced on the hottest versions SQ3 and RS Q3, the first arriving in 2019 probably in 2020. Meanwhile, the regular Q3 should be on sale before the end of the year. This will tip the MQB platform towards weight loss, although we feel that the crossover will be a little bigger to distance itself from the Q2. The engines will include the usual suspects, a 1.5 liter TSI and a 2.0 TDI in different states. Further down the line, there should be a plug-in hybrid with an electric range of 31 miles.

Do not be too surprised if by Wednesday, Audi will drop more teasers with its competitor BMW X1 overhauled.
