The Ontario Police Monitoring Agency says that a second person died after a gunman shot dead 14 people in Toronto's Greektown neighborhood. Spokeswoman of the province's Special Investigations Unit, Monica Hudon, says three people have died, including the man armed with the Danforth Street attack. No other details were given about the second victim. Police confirmed that one victim died on Sunday night and that a girl was in critical condition
The unit reported that the police had located the 29-year-old suspect at about three blocks from the scene and had exchanged shots. He said that the man had fled, and then was found dead on Danforth.
It was unclear whether the man had committed suicide or had been shot and wounded after being wounded by the police
