Peugeot has announced a new trim level for its 308 hatchback sedan – the Tech Edition version of the car will feature a range of driver assistance systems and sophisticated technology options as standard.
The latest addition to the 308 range will be between the Allure and GT Line models, with a bonus of £ 1,450 on the Allure models and will include a Drive Assist Pack, Safety Pack and Peugeot Connect SOS and Assistance.
The Drive Assist Pack includes an adaptive cruise control and automatic emergency braking, while the Safety Pack adds the driver's attention alert, automatic high beam, detection speed limit, lane keeping assistance and detection of blind spots. front and rear parking sensors, parking assist, rear view camera and dual zone automatic climate control. Other additions include aluminum effect pedals and Alcantara sport seats.
Exterior styling features include chrome-plated window trim and grille, panoramic sunroof with electric blind and 17-inch wheels.
The 308 Tech Edition is available in sedan or wagon version equipped with the 1.2-liter petrol engine of the French car manufacturer or its 1.5-liter diesel engine, as well as manual six-speed or automatic eight-speed transmissions .
