Singapore's highest court has warned that those who make allegations of unfounded bias in copyright would have serious consequences following the decision to dismiss an appeal by a woman seeking removal of a judge in an acrimonious divorce case.
In supporting the judge who did not object to the "high-conflict" case, the Court of Appeal also stated that lawyers should not serve as spokespersons for their clients and should to protect themselves from their own bias.
