Sheffield United quality for Ben Woodburn to be perfect – Jurgen Klopp

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said Ben Woodburn had temporarily returned to Liverpool's under-23 team against Everton on Sunday for more minutes on the pitch.

Woodburn has joined the Sheffield United team for a loan contract for the season in the summer of 2018, but has already returned twice to his parent club to play already under 23 years old.

Woodburn struggled to get into the Sheffield United team steadily as the Blades came out well in the championship and that prevented Chris Wilder from making too many changes to his first team.

Klopp revealed that Woodburn was well aware of the challenges when he joined Sheffield United and insists that as long as the Welshman stays in shape, everything will be fine.

"It is not a matter of being happy in the situation, but of being realistic", Klopp told the Liverpool official website.

"Sheffield United obviously plays a brilliant season and it is always difficult to enter.

"A championship team is quality and if you are high in the table, it's even more.

"Ben is still an incredibly young boy.

"He had the opportunity to come back to play the game here – and obviously play it really well.

"We will never lose it or think," He is not doing well enough in Sheffield. "

"It's normal, he wanted it – he wanted to be in a situation where he had to prove himself elsewhere.

"It has not worked well so far, but it's very important to be in a situation like this after eight or nine years without any development issues.

"As long as he stays healthy, everything will be fine."

Woodburn has managed to make seven appearances for Sheffield United so far in the championship, but only started in one of those games for the Blades.
