SINGAPORE – When a woman and her husband went to the clinic after the doctor's departure, a nurse jumped on the occasion. He claimed to be the doctor on call and assaulted the woman by administering unnecessary and inappropriate examinations, including an electrocardiogram (ECG).
Muhammad Ruzaini Johari, 33, was a Nurse of Fullerton Healthcare and deployed in one of his clinics when he clinched the bra of a 28-year-old Chinese woman and touched his chest while pretending to be a doctor.
He pleaded guilty on Tuesday, July 3 to a charge of molestation. 19659004] The court heard that on May 11 last year, Ruzaini was on duty afternoons and stayed at the clinic to complete some administrative duties after the doctor's departure.
At 8:40 pm, the woman and her husband, 33, are presented to the clinic. The couple works as a component assembler and can only be named due to a gag order to protect the woman's identity.
The woman complained of a headache, ear pain and sore throat.
They saw that the lights were on in the clinic and thought it would still be in use.

Ruzaini then retrieved an ECG device, usually used to measure a person's cardiac activity, to perform a test on it.
He did so because he was "delighted with the opportunity to get (the woman) to expose her breasts," according to Attorney General Marshall Lim.
He lifted the woman's blouse to expose her chest and undid her bra to place the ECG electrodes on her breasts, wrists and ankles.
The woman then became very uncomfortable and confronted Ruzaini, removed the electrodes from her body, dressed and left. She burst into tears and told her husband what had happened. .
Ruzaini then implored the couple not to call the police, but the woman's husband made a police report.
Investigations later revealed that Ruzaini was not a registry
Ruzaini will be back in court Wednesday for his mitigation plea and sentencing.
