adidas Football today unveiled the third Juventus kit for the 2018/19 season. Made from a 100% recycled polyester interlock material that incorporates Ocean Plastic by Parley, the new third kit merges performance technology with an eco-innovative design.
The elegant dark gray jersey features a printed adidas football graphics and is accented with bold yellow details on the three bands, the adidas logo and the club crest.
Francesca Venturini, Designer at adidas, said: "The new Juve kit has eco-innovation and longevity in its heart.Through our partnership with Parley for the Oceans, we have been able to create this beautiful jersey made from Ocean Plastic.The dark gray hue with yellow accents makes it the perfect jersey to be worn on the ground or in the street. "
As a founding member, Adidas supports Parley for the Oceans in its education and communication programs, as well as the Ocean Plastics Program which aims to put an end to marine marine pollution through the three pillars of the Parley AIR strategy: avoid, intercept and redraw. In addition, adidas and Parley are collaborating to turn ocean plastic waste into symbols of change by recycling intercepted plastic marine debris for use in high-performance clothing. This technology was used to create the third kit of Juventus.
