SINGAPORE – The Immigration Authority and Control Posts (ICA) seized twenty airsoft plays and exhibits Tuesday, July 24.

An ICA officer spotted anomalies at the Changi Air Freight Center. The authority said in a post on Facebook

Air guns are items controlled under the Weapons and Explosives Act, wrote the ICA

ICA stated that it would continue to carry out security checks to prevent smuggling.

Air guns, or any other weapon that fires pellets with compressed gas, are controlled items under the Weapons and Explosives Act.

Anyone found guilty of possessing or controlling the license may be fined up to $ 5,000 and imprisoned for up to three years
