Booking Holdings will soon be the owner of HotelsCombined

Booking Holdings, which previously bought the UK group Momondo Group for US $ 550 million, now acquires a meta-hotel search site, HotelsCombined.

With the acquisition, the Hungarian company HotelsCombined will be merged under the Kayak brand of booking Holdings, a share-cropping company
