Bugatti released another teaser of the highly anticipated Bugatti Divo. It follows a preview earlier this month that confirmed the nameplate is on the way.
In the latest teaser we get a taste of the hypercar's soundtrack when booting. We are also shown what seems to be a glimpse of mirrors, but it could simply be computer generated graphics to give the video a kind of visual.
As far as we know, the Divo will be a separate model to the existing Chiron. However, the model should be based on Chiron in a certain way since Bugatti only has one vehicle. It could be from a cleaner, more hardcore version of Chiron, which would go well with the car's badge, named after racing driver Albert Divo.
Bugatti hinted that the car will feature improved aerodynamic speed, and suggested that the Divo will be capable of strong cornering turns. This is an area that is not usually enhanced with the ordinary Chiron.
Power should come from the Chiron's 8.0 liter four-turbo W16. The outputs are currently at 1103kW and 1600Nm, but they can be slightly modified for the Divo. As Bugatti is previewing the sound of the engine, maybe there will be tuning work?
An official top speed for Chiron has not yet been established, but it is known to be one of the fastest cars of all time. . That it's worth following in the footsteps of its predecessor, the Veyron, and establishing a new record top speed, this is yet to be done. Maybe the Divo will come as a successor to the record-breaking Veyron Super Sport
