Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo left € 20,000 (£ 17,850) for the hotel staff after spending ten days of vacation in Greece.
The Portuguese striker recently signed for Italian Juventus Real Madrid at € 100m), had stayed in the upscale seaside resort of Costa Navarino in the Peloponnese after the World Cup.
He would have been so impressed by the hospitality of the hotel staff that he left the huge tip
The Greek online sports magazine Sportime.gr reports: " The 10 employees, who had been tasked with providing services to Ronaldo's family and keeping them away from the paparazzi, each received 2,000 euros. "
