And welcome to our latest updates for qualifying for the 2018 Mexican Grand Prix at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico City. Lewis Hamilton is still standing on the edge of his fifth world championship after the US Grand Prix last week. Kimi Raikkonen won and with Hamilton finishing third and Sebastian Vettel fourth it meant that the championship fight (a mathematical one, at least) continued until Mexico City.
As it stands Hamilton needs just five points in the final three races to win the championship, even if Vettel wins all three. A seventh place here in Mexico City would be enough, whatever Vettel does. But anyway, that’s something we should pay attention to tomorrow. Today we have what might be the most interesting qualifying session of the season.
