The most severe penalty for the driver is the deprivation of rights.
Consider the number of administrative offenses for which a driver's license was refused:
In the event of a violation of the rules of the road, which led to the establishment of an emergency (Article 122 (4) of the Customs Code). Deprivation of rights for a period of 6 months to 1 year.
If the driver has not satisfied the obligation of the police to stop the vehicle (Article 122-2 of the Cao). Deprivation of rights for a period of 3 to 6 months.
For departures on a level crossing in cases where crossing the crossing is prohibited (section 123, part 2 of the CAD). Deprivation of rights for the duration of one year to two years.
In the event of a violation of the Highway Code resulting in damage to vehicles, goods, motorways, streets, railway crossings, road construction or other property (Article 124 of the CAD). Deprivation of rights for a period of 6 months to 1 year.
Driving in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication and under the influence of drugs reducing attention and speed of reaction (Article 130 of the CAD). Deprivation of rights for a period of 1 year to 10 years.
In case of violation of the operating rules of the vehicles: control by the driver of a car whose braking system, steering, towing hitch, external lighting devices or any other technical fault are defective (Article 121 , part 3 of the CAO). Deprivation of rights for a period of 3 to 6 months.
