У космосі зафіксували потоки темної матерії

The reason was the absorption of a neighboring galaxy.

Spanish and British scientists have determined that the Solar system crossed by flows of dark matter, which move with a speed of 500 km/sec. Some wind is interconnected with the stellar stream S1 formed after the milky way has swallowed dwarf galaxies, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to the news of the world.

In stream S1 includes 34 stars, passing through the outskirts of the Solar system in the direction opposite to the rotation of our galaxy. S1 opened in 2017, when analyzed information from Kaunasskogo digital sky survey. According to scientists, the star flow in a certain way linked to the halo dark matter, as it has the same weight as a dwarf galaxy in the constellation of the Furnace.

The universe is 78% baryonic matter, which formed stars and other bodies. The remaining 22% is dark matter. It is impossible to notice in a standard way through the recording of electromagnetic radiation, as it affects ordinary objects through gravity.

It is assumed that dark matter consists of winow particles to be detected which in theory you can use check light detectors, which reflects the dispersion of these elements in the nuclei of atoms. According to another theory, matter is a collection of particles called axions.
