LG’s upcoming smartphone LG Q9 purported press render have surfaced online. The leaked press render which comes courtesy of MySmartPrice reveal the front side of the device with a notch on top. The design of the supposed LG Q9 looks quite similar to LG’s high-end model G7+ ThinQ.
The supposed LG Q9 could be seen featuring a thin bezel display with a slightly thick chin at the bottom. At the top, there is a wide cutout housing the front camera, earpiece and other sensors. The power button is seen located on the right side while the volume keys are placed on the left side.

As per reports, the LG Q9 will be a mid-range device and it is said to debut in the ‘coming weeks.’ Previous reports have suggested the phone to feature a 6.1-inch display. LG Q9 is tipped to carry an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. The phone could come with 4GB of RAM and offer two storage options- 32GB and 64GB internal storage. LG Q9 is said to pack 3550mAh battery and run Android 8.1 Oreo OS. The phone is expected to sport a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and include NFC support. LG has not shared any detail as of when it plans to unveil the purported LG Q9.
Meanwhile, reports have revealed that the South Korean tech company is preparing to introduce a foldable phone next year. As per the tipster, Evan Blass LG will introduce a smartphone with a foldable display at its 2019 CES keynote. The world’s biggest trade show will take place at Las Vegas in January 2019.
