Minecraft released its latest update on Tuesday, Aquatic Update Phase Two, which allows you to explore the oceans at greater depth in the Minecraft universe. The update will be on Windows 10, VR, mobile devices, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch immediately.
Microsoft and Mojang launched the first part of the Update Aquatic in May, but the second phase adds a long list of added features and gameplay tweaks.
Some features include sea turtles now in the ocean for you to protect their eggs, while underwater zombies that hide in deep waters called The Drowned will come to attack you. Bubble columns give you the ability to create rising or falling bubbles and Conduits can now be built under water from the Nautilus and Heart hearts of the Sea.
A long list of changes includes backs – thematic maps the ocean, an improved player swimming on the surface, the tridents can become enchanted with Mending and Unbreaking, the skeletal horses can now be ridden under the water, and others
A major change in this update are now available on Nintendo Switch, giving players the option of using private servers like other consoles.
