New common telephone line launched for parking infractions; Parking guards get a new uniform, Transport News & Top Stories

SINGAPORE – The public will be able to report all parking infractions through a common phone line as of August 1 of this year.

Previously, members of the public were required to contact the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Redevelopment Authority (URA) separately to report such violations.

The new hotline will be 1800-338-6622, said the three agencies in a joint statement Thursday, July 26.
