SINGAPORE – Several mailboxes were found damaged on Friday, July 13 at the empty bridge of a housing office building.
Residents of Block 10 Jalan Bukit Ho Swee Discoveries discovered open and damaged mailboxes. The Straits Times understands that letters have been taken and some have been found scattered in the nearby grass.
More than 10 mailboxes in about fifty had visible signs of falsification, The Chinese-language newspaper Shin Min Daily News reported.
In response to questions, police said that they were alerted to a misdemeanor case at 10:03 pm.
Police investigations are ongoing.
