SINGAPORE: Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamed and some of his cabinet members have called Interior Minister Muhyiddin Yassin this weekend while he is recovering from a surgical operation in A hospital in Singapore
Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, deputy prime minister who was among those who visited Mr. Muhyiddin, told reporters during a school visit to Malaysia on Sunday, July 29.
"I visited Tan Sri Muhyiddin in Singapore … I see he's getting stronger," she was quoted by the New Straits Times as saying. a visit to a school in Klang.
"As he was informed (about his condition), he looks like he is recovering well, he sends his greetings to all Malaysians and also to those who prayed for her speedy recovery, "she added.
