In Mrs. K. Sartha's family, there are two generations of adoptive parents – and both of them take care of children with special needs.
Mrs. Sartha, 78, has welcomed more than 10 children over the last 42 years. As the first child she fed, the 20-year-old girl she is now caring for now has special needs.
