Dr. Tan Cheng Bock, 5 PAP deputies and former presidential candidate, had a good meal with Mr. Lim Tean apparently on Sunday morning.

million. Lim posted a photo of the two men in what appears to be a MacDonald's restaurant "MacDonald's Breakfast with Dr. Tan Cheng Bock in Choa Chu Kang," Mr. Lim said on his Facebook page. "Sharing views on a happy meal."

M. Lim is the former secretary general of the National Solidarity Party (NSP). He left the party last May after two years at the helm. He has since submitted his inscription to the ROS for a new party of the voice of the people.

Rumors of Dr. Tan's next political action have been circulating in various circles since the last presidential election in 2016, when the government changed the rules to introduce a reserved election for racial minority candidates. Dr. Tan and other non-minority racial potentials were thus removed from the competition

Dr. Tan had nearly won the 2011 elections, losing by a slight lead over Dr. Tony Tan in a four-way race.

Tan's meeting with Mr. Lim will no doubt encourage more speculation about the possibility that he will be involved in opposition politics in the upcoming elections, scheduled for early 2021.

Last month, he was photographed in Aljunied, suggesting that he will lead an opposition coalition against the ruling People's Action Party (PAP) of which he was a member until then. in 2006.

But Dr. Tan himself kept his plans, although he said he welcomes all candidates, including those from the PAP, who would turn to him for mentorship.
