A woman was taken to the hospital after being hit by a taxi while she was crossing the road along the Penang Road on Monday, July 30.
Stomper Dean alerted Stomp on a video of the incident circulated online
In the video, the woman and a man are seen rushing across the crosswalk during a heavy shower.

A yellow taxi beats the red light and hits the woman while she is half way to the road
The impact sends it flying.
The woman's mate strikes the angry taxi before running towards her.
A passenger in the taxi and a passerby are also seen rushing to look after the woman after the impact.
In response to Stomp's questions, a police spokesman said:
"On July 30, 2018 At around 12:26, the police were alerted to an accident involving a taxi and a pedestrian along From the Penang Road to
"The pedestrian, a 35-year-old woman, was aware when she was rushed to Raffles Hospital.
"Police investigations are ongoing."
