SINGAPORE – Two men aged 29 and 48 have been arrested for alleged involvement in firing dangerous fireworks.
Early Tuesday, Nov. 6, around 12 pm, a police officer saw fireworks exploding in the sky on Gloucester Road near Little India.
Police said officers from the Central Police Division had established the identity of the two men involved in triggering fireworks through ground investigations. They were arrested the same day.
Police investigations are under way.
A video of the fireworks is making its way on social media. On a Facebook group called SG Road Vigilante – SVRS, the video, released Tuesday afternoon, was viewed more than 116,000 times and attracted more than 3,400 shares.
