The original BMW X5 M launched in 2009 will remain in the history as the first all-wheel drive M model, a trend that has continued with the X6 M and more recently with the last M5. BMW will have the regular X5 on sale in the UK from November this year, with the top-of-the-range M model expected to arrive before the end of the decade.
