Stomper Rachel was running early morning at the Bedok Reservoir around 8:20 am on Saturday (July 14th) when she saw a huge fish being put in a bag.
Rachel said that there were a total of three guys around the fish, two of whom were cleaners.
Rachel had identified one of them as a Singapore Power (SP) officer as it was written on the back of his shirt.
She said, "I was jogging when I saw them putting something big in a plastic bag, so I approached them to ask since I was curious." The fish seemed to be about a meter long and had to weigh at least 16kg because I was the PS agent said that it took at least two men to wear it
