Skip Bayless ranks patriotic receivers ahead of Odell Beckham Jr. | Patriots of New England

With two plays in Monday Night Football, Odell Beckham Jr. explained why he was one of the most electric receivers of the NFL.

The Cleveland Browns star receiver kicked off a one-handed deep shot strike against the New York Jets on Monday and scored a 89-yard touchdown. He caught six passes for 161 yards in the Browns 23-3 win.

But what is the place of OBJ among active broad receivers?

According to Skip Bayless, of FS1, he is not among the top five. The discussions were to classify two players off the New England Patriots ahead of Beckham Jr.

So, which patriotic receivers did the cut? Antonio Brown and Julian Edelman.

"I'm just going to take it as a receiver for OBJ in terms of productivity," Bayless told Edelman. "Does not he show up and play his tail every Sunday?"

Brown seems pretty obvious, but Edelman may surprise some. Edelman is not normally compared to the biggest outside threats in the league, mainly because he spends most of his time in the slot.
