Word of the day: incessant.
“I LAUNCH THAT BAD BOY.” With all due respect to Dolodale, the best pass thrown by a Buckeye in the entire playoff series came from a wide receiver.
And this wide receiver will never forget.
You remember the game of tricks and will never forget it.
But did you know @OhioStateFB called him up earlier in the 2014 season, at MSU?
Against Bama, @ E_Spencer6 was determined to leave @Cantguardmike make a room.

Personally, I can’t wait for this connection between Jameson Williams and Chris Olave this year. Bama is not ready.
REMEMBER THE LAST TIME … Nick Saban’s daughter lost her mind online yesterday, essentially accusing the state of Ohio of faking COVID-19 cases to force a postponement and give Justin Fields more time to heal.
It’s an interesting theory, but there’s a huge hole in it – Ohio State has no problem running Alabama with a backup quarterback (or third string!).

There is no doubt in my mind that CJ Stroud would slice through the Crimson Tide defense like a toddler with safety scissors. I have seen this film too many times.
CANNOT STOP BUCKS. I’m going to be real with you – the state of Ohio is not going to stop the Alabama attack consistently on Monday night. It just won’t happen, and the sooner you accept it, the less stressed you will be on game day.
But I have good news: According to 12 rival coaches familiar with the Crismon Tide, Alabama won’t prevent the Ohio State offensive either.
“I don’t think their defense can stop this attack,” an offensive SEC analyst said. “They are talented, don’t get me wrong. But they’re not as good as they used to be. They just don’t have the same types of guys. They don’t have these elite players up front. They are not as hardy as they once were. This is the glaring thing you see on the film.
…
Another SEC offensive line coach said of Alabama’s defensive line, “They’re good, but there wasn’t this monster that really scared you. Auburn and Georgia have a monster. Alabama didn’t have that guy.
“They don’t have that dominant passing thrower like they have in the past,” an SEC East coach said. “(Christian) Barmore is a hell of a player.”
…
The rhythm of play in the state of Ohio. Ryan Day and the Buckeyes should go fast. “As has been the case with them in the past, the tempo hurts (Alabama),” an SEC coach said. “They struggled to line up. They gas easily and you see times when they don’t get the signal quickly enough.
So … first team with 50 wins?
The reality is that no one is going to constantly stop or even slow down anyone in this game. But one of those defenses is going to come up with one or two absolutely crucial plays or stops, and that will be the difference.
And maybe it’s my homeland, but if I have to rely on one of those defenses to make a play or two, I pick the Buckeyes.
KEVIN WARREN ALWAYS OBLIVIOUS. We’re less than a week away from the national title game after going through an entire season of college football, and Ohio State is the only Big Ten team still playing football.
… and you’ll be shocked to learn that Kevin Warren still has no idea what’s going on.
“We had them before the Big Ten championship football game, then the Sugar Bowl semi-final game, and then this week,” he said. “You just have to always communicate. We play football in a COVID environment. ”
He added, “It’s COVID. We have to stay day to day. But I’m preparing to travel to Florida, and the game is scheduled for January 11 and I’m looking forward to a big game on Monday.” ”
Warren’s flight is scheduled to depart Chicago on Friday.
College football playoff executive director Bill Hancock also told media there were no schedule changes for the championship game.
When asked if he had any idea of the extent of the current Ohio state coronavirus outbreak, or if there was one, Warren said: “I don’t even know if there is one.”
Imagine being the Big Ten commissioner during a global pandemic and not knowing the state of health of the Big Ten team about to play for the crowned national title in less than a week.
Unfortunately, it is painful for the brand.
