BAKU, July 3 (WebNoviny.sk) – In Azerbaijan on Tuesday, the biggest power cuts have collapsed since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991.

Already in the morning, the whole metropolis of Baku and 40 other cities of Azerbaijan regions, where the land without electricity covered almost the whole country.

The cause was an accident in the huge Mingačevir hydropower plant, which is located near the town of the same name on the Kura River.
