The European group Airbus has received orders and pre-orders for more than 431 aircraft at the Farnborough UK Aircraft Fair.
Most orders involve 364 mid-range A220 and A320 models, said Eric Schulz, sales manager. Airbus also received orders for a total of 67 large A350s and A330neos.
If all the pre-orders for this year became mandatory, the current order volume of the group would increase again this year.
In 2018, Airbus wants to deliver about 800 airliners to its customers. Since the beginning of the year, the group has acquired mandatory and preliminary orders for a total of 752 machines
