The Trnava Autonomous Region continues to invest in the repair and modernization of historic buildings

The Autonomous Region of Trnava invests in the reconstruction and modernization of buildings in which cultural institutions reside. Already in the first half of the year, the TTSK grant program announced the call "Promotion of cultural arts activities", which is subsidized by a sum of 190 thousand euros, four times higher than previously. This year, the county is investing nearly 1.5 million euros in the renovation and modernization of buildings.

The reconstruction of the facade of the Trnava theater

During the summer period, the reconstruction of the façade of the Ján Palárik Theater in Trnava will continue, preceded by a complete exchange of windows on the building. The amount of the investment is 288 thousand euros.

The county has already invested in the replacement of the basement, upgraded the junction road, redeveloped social facilities and this year will prepare a dehumidification project for the building.

The region has invested in the dehumidification of foundations also in new roofs

The Museum of Western Slovakia in Trnava has already undergone a process of dehumidification. J. Fándly's library building goes through this process with the Masonry Sanctuary of August. In total, the region is investing 50,000 euros in this work.

A new roof of 170 thousand euros will receive the John Koniarka Gallery in Trnava even before winter. In Hlohovec, this year, the museum of Vlastivedné has been rebuilt and a new museum depot will be built from September.

Renovation is pending from a number of other historic buildings in the area

The Rottne House in Hlohovec will also be renovated. The value of this investment for the region is 380 000 EUR. reconstruction of the façade of the Záhorská Gallery in Senica will be completed in Záhorí for € 72,000 and after the completion of the works, the windows will be replaced by the museum building Záhorský in Skalice, which will cost € 70,000

The Autonomous Region of Trnava has undertaken a major investment operation in the reconstruction of the Vlastivedný dům of Šamorín, for which it has budgeted 159,000 euros. Also a reconstruction project of the Human House in Matushkov is ready
