The company, which is behind the whole center, has filed for bankruptcy of the Bratislava I District Court. The court ruling was published in the Business Journal of today. Recovery did not help
According to the cadastre, this company still owns the entire complex as well as operators of the center. She had problems in the past when she asked the restructuring courts.
In February 2017, the creditors' committee approved a turnaround plan giving the operator a year and a half to find a new investor.
