"Based on the review of the writings by the prosecutor of the Prešov Regional Prosecutor's Office, it was found that the dismissal decision of the case had been made prematurely in order to properly stabilize the facts, the spokesman of the Prešov regional prosecutor's office, said Marián Spišák.

Vladyka himself was not aware of the decision of the prosecution. "Vladyka respects the resolution of the regional prosecutor's office and will not be prevented from continuing the investigation because there is nothing to hide, no abuse has been committed.But you know, since we do not 'We have not received any official opinion from the prosecution, so we have no other comment to make about it, neither do we.'
