ISO in EXIF has a value of 65,535. Of this value, which is not random, because hexadecimal expression means 0xFFFF, it is obvious that the application of the camera on 4 bytes in EXIF can not write the current value.
I will lower the lighting value to 0.3 lux. Despite the fact that objects exposed to this level of lighting barely see, the picture is full of details and the noise level is very low. Compare images in auto mode and night mode. In this mode, Mate 20 Pro sets the ISO to 200, which means that there is virtually no noise, but the exposure time is 45 seconds. I did not even try my hand.
