In what was the problem of the dispute, the biathletes did not explain.

BRATISLAVA. For nearly four months, the Slovak dispute over biathlon has broken out. Two young representatives did not know the Slovak Biathlon Federation to agree on a representation agreement with the state.

They were afraid of not competing at the World Cup. Disagreements went so far as to ask the Minister of Education and the Minister of Defense to call the Biathlon League to abolish the ban on representing the Beatles by Ivone and Pauline Fialski.

What problem they did not say

The agreement was reached at the last possible moment. Three days before the start of the biathlon season.

"The time has been extremely difficult, but I am happy that we have found a solution, and I promise to do everything in my power to recover the support I have received," said Paulina Fialk.

The Fialki sisters in Bratislava have signed a representation agreement and are expected to start at the Pokljuke World Cup.

After signing the contract, the two biathletes were shaken by the president of the Biathlon Union, Tomáš Fusko. "I spent the most difficult part of my life, I'm sorry that she had to go through this extreme situation, but now I'm glad it was possible to reach an agreement and that we can go to the sports field, "said Tomas Fusko.

"We have never had any reason to go to Pokljuka. The two are the pride of our sport. They missed the little thing to sign contracts. It's done and now I'm looking forward to to begin. "

In order to settle the dispute between the Slovak Biathlon Federation and the Fialkovi nurses, a mediation was held at the Slovak Olympic Committee, which lasted more than eleven hours.

For biathletes, this represents almost 60% of the pure time spent on individual World Cup race tracks in one season.

According to Fialkov's lawyer, both sides made concessions until they reached an agreement. However, the contracts they signed should be the same as the other representatives. The differences, apparently, were signed in the treaty complements.

"I do not want to talk about the specific provisions in which the problem was, there are many, and what is important is that we have found a compromise that allows me to represent and do the sport I love. , "said Paulina Fialk.

"We are professionals and we are going to do our robot," added Sister Ivona.

The dispute between the nurses of the violets and biathlon associations was raised as part of the National Sports Representative Agreement, which must be signed by all representatives. Both representatives refused to disagree with them
particularly with regard to the transfer of personal rights to the union.

They also denied having any guarantee of continuing to train Anna Murinová and Martin Bajčičák. They also denied that the union is unwilling to pay for accident insurance.

"The union demands everything, but the athlete does not guarantee anything at all," Paulina Fialk said before the dispute was resolved.

They still do not know if I will go to the relay

The Fialks had settled in Pokljuka on Thursday. After difficult negotiations, they admitted that they were going to the World Cup tournament for the day before.

The representatives could not yet say if they would be presented Sunday in the mixed events.

"It's hard to say, we still have to go with the coaches, it will also depend on how we feel, but we will do everything in our power to participate in the competition," added Ivona Fialk.

If, however, the Fialks were not able to take part in mixed rehearsals, Slovakia would obviously not have this discipline because there would be no one in the women's section anymore. Coach Daniel Kuzmin said earlier that Anastasia Kuzmin would omit the relay.

Then the Fialks would run until December 6th in the endurance races.
