PC Review | DJI Osmo Pocket is a small, very stable 4K camera for smartphone with its own cardan

[ad_1]

Osmo Pocket is a new DJI camera system capable of capturing 4K video and includes a three-axis gimbal connected to a smaller size handle. According to the DJI, this is not an action camera nor a heavy and stable camera like the original Osmo.

This is an updated version of the DJI Mavic Air camera, equipped with a 1 / 2.3 "sensor that produces 12 megapixel still images and records 4K videos at a 60 frames per second speed, with a small 1 "screen and several buttons allow you to use Osmo Pocket completely independently.

You can connect Osmo Pocket to your smartphone for a bigger screen and more photo features with the new DJI Mimo app. DJI also offers a variety of accessories – accessory holders, waterproof case, wireless module, ND filter kit, extension bar, charger, and so on.

The software seems impressive for such a small camera system. It has several smart tracking features, such as ActiveTrack, which automatically tracks moving objects, and FaceTrack, which recognizes faces and keeps them centered. The camcorder also facilitates the creation of Motionlapse videos and animated videos, which add a motion element to the traditional Timelapse video. There are even some panoramic modes for panoramic images.

The small Osmo Pocket camera system is available for 359 euros and is now available preorder. Deliveries are expected to begin on December 15th.
